Epson WorkForce Pro WF-C8690 Printer Reviews– The Epson workforce Pro WF-C8690 is a portrait all-in-one (AIO) designed for medium-and heavy-duty applications in medium to large offices and workgroups. Clear a road, low space
Siblings to the single functional workforce Pro WF-C8190, WF-C8690 supports not only the more common paper size paper (11 to 17 inches) in widescreen format; It also prints larger pages with large tabloid size (13-for-19-inch). When used in conjunction with the comprehensive reports available through the Web portal (or can be printed from the control Panel), the ability to secure print jobs behind the back code and restrict access can help you keep WF-C8690 secure.

How quickly begins
As I said about WF-C8690s only siblings, WF-C8190, Epson’s 24 pages per minute (ppm) rating for volume machines like this, is the rate at which fast printing begins. For example, HP PageWide 750DW. Rated for 35ppm, and I’ve seen much more advanced Epson inkjet printers curved out two-sided pages at 100IPM (images per minute, where both sides sit like an image). Also, remember that the following test results consist of printing letter size pages. Tabloid pages (which are just twice as large as area shaped like media in letter size) with approximately equal percentage of ink coverage, must take approximately twice as long to print, and super-tabloid pages a little further.

To continue testing, I printed several PDF files, Microsoft Excel spreadsheets with full-sided graphics and a few colorful PowerPoint editions with full page with dark, fixed fillings and backgrounds. Then, I combined the scores from printing the previous 12-page text document with results from printing these more complex color document pages. Here WF-C8690 managed a high respekterbar 18.8 ppm, which is historically among the highest scores I’ve seen from a machine that cures our entire package of test documents.

PrecisionCore Print Quality
All of today’s workforce printers and AIO’er implement Epson’s PrecisionCore print head technology. Among the many print speeds and print quality requirements, PrecisionCore depend on print heads with ink tiles populated with significantly more and smaller, densely condensed ink nozzles that use ink for paper with greater accuracy than traditional Print heads. According to Epson (and my own experience with PrecisionCore printers over the years) this results in more detailed and more accurate, vivid colors.

The WF-C8690 makes almost laser-quality, well-formed and highly legible text more than attractive enough for most internal and external documents. And the many charts, graphs, and other graphics I printed were mostly tasty, with fixed fillings, smooth flowing gradients and well-demarcated borders and Hårlinjer. The few ink distribution errors I found were visible only when I started searching for them. Apart from desktop publishers, graphic designers, or printer reviewers, the printer output receiver is likely to pay more attention to the content than the Complex machines that produced it.

PrecisionCore machines, without photo printers, do a good job of printing colorful and detailed photos, in this case up to 13 by 19 inch. Unlike the WF-8590 predecessor, the WF-C8690 cannot print borderless photos and pages, although most of the Epson’s lower cartridges can. The previous model is capable of printing or soft at the edge of the paper, an advantage over its laser and HP PageWide competitors. However, the inability to print edgeless is a limitation of laser and PageWide technologies, but they just can’t do that. Inkjet printers do not have this limitation. Epson must have had some other reason to limit WF-C8690s output in this way.

Relatively inexpensive ink
WF-C8690’s running costs, the per page that costs the ink required to keep it printed and copied, can be compared to the cost per page for medium and Højprintere laser printers, which is relatively reasonable, but not the best you can do today. When using Epson’s highest yield-11,500 monochrome pages and 8,000 color printer ink cartridges for this AIO, depending on where you purchase your supplies, each black side must run you around 1.6 cents and each color page about 6.7 cents. It is slightly higher than the HP 750dws 1.1 cent monochrome and 5.6 cent color, which can significantly increase the more you print and copy.

But some of the wide format, lower volume models discussed here, have print costs twice as high and higher. If you need a large-volume printer that can run out on widescreen pages, especially the super-tabloid, compare the WF-C8690’s operating costs not badly.

Features Meet performance
My only real complaint about WF-C8690 is that its standard complement of paper capacity is only 330 sheets, which, given the size of the ink cartridges and its volume ratings seem to be a skewed mismatch designed to sell add-on paper trays. I am also not fond of the lack of GRÆNSEFRI printing ability.
